Meals: Do not roll over to the next semester and expire at the end of the academic year.
Meals Example: The Gold Plan is 350 meals for the year, but 175 for each semester. If you only use 155 meals in the fall semester, those extra 20 meals will expire and will not carry over to spring. Then you will start again with 175 meals for the spring semester. At the end of the spring semester, any meals you do not use will also expire.
DBDs: You get half of your DBDs at the beginning of the Fall semester, then the 2nd half at the beginning of the Spring semester. Any unused will roll over to the next semester, then all of them will expire at the end of the academic year.
DBDs Example: For the Bronze Plan you get 4,000 DBDs for the year, so 2,000 at the beginning of each semester. If you only spend 1,000 of those in the fall semester, the rest will carry over to the spring semester in addition to the other half leaving you with 3,000. At the end of the spring semester, any DBDs you do not use will expire.
